For classes $55 or less there are no cash refunds. However if you contact us via email or phone 48 hours prior to the class start time, you may transfer the reservation to another class or place your reservation on hold for another class. If no notification of cancellation occurs or a call is placed fewer than 48 hours before the class, you will forfeit your tuition.
For classes over $55 the Studio will issue a full refund if you cancel more than 5 days before the start date of a class. To receive a partial (50%) in store credit, you must notify us of cancellation within 72 hours of the event. There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawals after a weekly class begins
Art Nest Creative Studio reserves the right to cancel or modify a workshop or class at any time. Full refunds will be issued if the studio cancels a workshop or class. There are no cash refunds for events cancelled/rescheduled due to force majeure. In house credits may be given for force majeure if an event cannot be rescheduled.
PRIVATE EVENTS: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Upon cancellation, if we are able to fill the spot with another event or party we can convert the deposit into an in-house credit. However, if not then it will remain non-refundable to account for the loss of business.
